Yes, the US should accept refugees from any country, provided we also provide them with support for integrating into American society - background checks, assisted placement into disperse communities to dissuade the creation of enclaves, required civic curriculum to instill values congruent with the existing US populous, and final immigration approval as per current immigration requirements. They need to be vetted and given a chance to join society and build a better life, if either is not provided then we risk a security threat to the country / encourage future domestic conflict down the line.
