I believe that there should be a balance of “power” in business. The owner decides pay, who works, who works when etc.. The workers abide by these rules, but have the opportunity to petition or go on strike until a deal is worked out.

I feel like no matter where I am in the world I find myself at the same large business. Like Target, Walmart, etc. I feel like people in our community deserve a fighting chance to survive in the market.

I've seen my peers talk about a topic, whether that be a social issue or a product, in waves as it is brought to everyone's attention and then immediately goes unnoticed once the advertising for it goes away.
