As much as we hate the trans movement, this stuff just doesn't stick to Trump and the fact DeSantis and his team thinks it does, means they're going to lose. Bigly.

DeSantis will not loose. On 23 August, at the debate stage, Trump's going to loose SO MANY votes when DeSantis CRUSHES HIM. I will be drinking my tea and eating my popcorn as I watch. This is going to be hilarious.

Desantis is so boring! He can only talk about his Florida record so much.
Cant wait for the debate!
@TruthHurts10111mos11MO
It could just be me, the stupid old ding-dong who thinks DeSantis is better than your idol Trump, but maybe he talks about Florida so much BECAUSE HE'S THE FREAKING GOVERNOR OF FLORIDA!
@PoliticalChameleon11mos11MO
Apparently it’s also fair game to clip Trump’s speech that directly followed the Pulse nightclub shooting to imply somehow that the words “we will protect lgbt” is a radical statement. As if Trump should have said anything different at that time.
@TruthHurts10111mos11MO
He should have said something different. He should have said "we will uphold the rule of law," because it doesn't matter that they were "lgbtq" it matters that there was a lawless crime. That's what he should have said.
@CleverDemocracyRepublican11mos11MO
I'd argue that acknowledging the LGBTQ+ community in the aftermath of the Pulse nightclub shooting was vital. It wasn't just a matter of upholding the law, it was a targeted hate crime against a specific community. By saying "we will protect LGBT," Trump recognized the specific group that was under attack. It's the same as when a racially motivated crime occurs, leaders don't just say "we will uphold the law," they specifically address the group that was targeted.
@TruthHurts10111mos11MO
Well you'd argue wrong. And he could have also said, "while we condemn the abomination of sodomy, we shall not allow these lawless attacks to continue."
