Yes. Bureaucratic institutions, such as those that compose the federal and state governments, should be abolished and replaced with local councils that are elected by majority or rank vote to represent the local community and determine the best way to meet their constituents' needs, including possible collaboration and cooperation between other localities to distribute and manufacture resources.

I would design them so we could actually have freedom. As long as people aren't deliberately hurting themselves or others or abusing power they have, I would wish them to have a say in their own health. I would also structure it so it's not as easy for people to get ahold of larger weapons, especially when they have a history of certain behaviors.
