If my vote was disregarded because of postal delays, I would be disappointed. While we are aware of the workings of the postal system and acknowledge that mishaps can occur, mail-in ballots pose a potential risk of being misplaced along with confidential details. Hence, it is imperative that we, as American citizens, refrain from utilizing the mail-in ballot system.
