In a significant move highlighting the ongoing conflict in Syria, a Syrian man and the aid organization Hand in Hand for Aid and Development (HIHFAD) have filed a complaint with the United Nations Human Rights Committee, accusing Russia of deliberately bombing a hospital in northern Syria in 2019. This complaint marks a critical attempt by Syrians to seek justice on an international platform for what they claim is a blatant violation of international law by Russia.
